As all of you know. I love food!!! I love to read about it, watch it on tv, cook it and most of all eat it. I have always wanted to be healthy, but the "3 f's" fatty, flavorful and fried always won. Now at 49 (saying my real age is a big step, I have been 39 for 10 years) I have developed a few health issues I need to take care of. My cholesterol is very high and I am about 30-40 over weight.
My goal is to find alternatives to the foods I love, while discovering new wonders of the culinary world. I will eat my way to 125 pounds. And I want to share my journey with you.
